Can you customize color combinations?

Color customization is available only to specific products. If you wish to customize your order, feel free to send your inquiry.

How long do I wait for my order?

Orders typically take 3–7 business days to complete depending on our current order volume. Should there be any changes, we will immediately inform you.

How do I order?

Message us on Facebook or Instagram with your order details. We’re currently developing a more convenient way to place orders.

How do I pay my order?

A 50% deposit is required to confirm all orders. Payment can be made through Gcash or bank transfer (BPI or BDO).

Do you do refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. A 50% deposit is required to confirm all orders, and all sales are final.

Why is it that long?

Each Amo Adi piece is made from scratch beginning with raw leather, cutting, stitching, burnishing, and adding final details. We take our time to ensure every detail meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Do you do bulk orders?

We currently accept limited-quantity orders per customer. As every piece is handcrafted and finished by hand, we can only accommodate up to 10 pieces per customer to ensure our quality standards are met.

If you wish to place an order of more than 10 pieces, the lead time will change accordingly.

Do you ship anywhere in the Philippines?

As our workshop is located within Metro Manila, we can ship anywhere nearby via lcoal courier.

For orders outside Metro Manila, we will ship your order via LBC.
